Would there be any knowledge of doing a Wilwood Brake upgrade for a 1984 328 V* Conversion...or can some one definitively let me know what I should put on the car....there are so many options..... just would like some one to tell me what I should buy...... I need better brakes to stop the car. Thank You

Try the larger MC mod (maybe from a S10) and then look at brakes/rotors. The wheel size will determine which brake upgrade is best suited to your specific application since some of the mods require larger wheels to fit appropriately.

Many 84 had 13" rims are won't fit most "brake upgrades."
14" and 15" rims often have same problem.

All upgrades require major work and have problems... Exact problems depend on upgrade plan.
Common example:
See my Cave, Brake Upgrade

Right now likely has parts bad. Some "upgrades" have same problem w/ rear brakes.
See my Cave, Rear Brakes and rest of section.

If parts are "good" then might have "cheap" pads. Better pads can help a lot. Try Wagner ThermoQuiet etc.

V8 and what transmission?
Auto Trans have engine load/power connected to rear axle all the time. V8 and low gearing can make Rear doing little or nothing. Try knocking auto D or OD to N then brake to see this. Note: Do this only to test. Putting auto trans in N while driving is illegal in most places.

⚠️ No! ⚠️
Big MC only works w/ GA and other big caliper pistons.

Do that w/ stock brake make the system Weaker and longer brake distance if stops at all.
