$30,000 - 108 Mile 88 GT That Sold On BaT Headight Door Paint? (Page 1/4)

I was just looking at the car and its really obvious that the right headlight door doesn't match the hood. It's painfully obvious. It looks to be 2 shades off. How is this possible?

That kind of looks like terrible compression on the video to me...

Although the angle between the hood and headlight door might be off, which would make the reflections different and the codec treat the headlight door differently than the hood.

It does look a little odd, but I suspect it's just the way that light is reflecting off of different parts/angles of the car.

If it were just one photo or something I might buy the angle/lighting. However, it's obvious the entire time walking around in the video in a complete 180 degree viewing. Also the pictures from the listing show the same problem. Sticks out like a sore thumb.

It matches the nose. What more do you want?

I don't smoke, but the fact the cigarette lighter is missing has nixed the deal for me.

For $30K I'd want the paint to match on the car. LOL

Someone bought this car to store it for 30+ years... and never thought of ordering a 5 speed instead of an auto?? I bet this car would sell for more money if it was standard.

Great color combo- identical to mine, minus the T tops..

Some of us prefer automatics. Probably depends where you live lol. Besides when you're driving it just 3 miles a year on average (108 miles/32 years), does it matter what transmission it is?

The guy who bought it brand new probably wanted one with ALL the options. AC, T-tops, leather, UX1 radio, spoiler, and yes, automatic transmission.
