Running 08 Scion tC wheels hub has already been bored out to fit the fiero hub but I have another problem the tires are rubbing on the strut tire size are 215/55R17 Will a 5mm spacer from a Subaru Will for this so they don’t hit I literally just got the car back from paint shop and want to get this done for Thursday since there is a big cruise up at bass pro in Massachusetts in foxboro.

I guess that you have no choice than to run wheel spacers but be sure to measure stud length to insure that the lug nuts have a bit more thread to grab than their OD measurement.

Hey Dennis yea I ordered 5mm spacers hoping that will be enough to clear. If not then guessing will have to go a different route possibly 10mm spacer or even a 8mm

The 5mm spacer should give you less than 1/4" more outward movement . My guess would be that the 10mm spacer would be the one and will provide almost a 1/2" outward movement. In either case wheel alignment may be affected but maybe not. How much clearance do you need?

Not much when I fully bolt the wheel and torque it to spec I can spin the wheel it has a slight rub not like it’s seizing up and can’t spin it so hoping the 5mm will work

What is it rubbing against?
If it's just the edge of the spring perch, a bit of "percussive maintenance" (aka a BFH) might be all that's needed. Just don't bend anything vital, and don't distort the pocket where the spring sits.

Thanks PK. Looks like they did a nice job!

Yea it rubs up on the spring perch I’m picking up a set of 6mm spacers today off a buddy of mine that he is going to allow me to try
