Instrument cluster whodunit (Page 1/1) shemdogg JUL 16, 11:36 PM Trying to wire up my indicators for the oil, water, high beam, and cel lights. I have everything powered but the switched ground doesnt come on for any of them. I have the fsm diagrams and everything connected to the right wires but no workie. Putting in new gauges, got most of it working. Down to the coolant and oil indicators, have the right wires, now have to check the senders. Thanks again shem shemdogg JUL 18, 02:41 PM Burning thru the fsm, I have different color wires than the manual shows for the charge indicator it says I should have a brown wire coming out the alt and going to the light and 2 battery connections. I have the 2 battery connections and 2 black wires, one black is disconnected and the other goes into the connector. I grounded the loose wire and still no light. Couldnt find much on the oil light in the fsm, but found a connector pinout on google that showed a grey wire. Hooked up the grey wire to the light, no groundage. Looking at the oil sender, there is no grey wire coming out Im looking at the 87 fsm, is there a difference? I thought 84 and 88 were different. Kinda stuck but plenty else to do, any help appreciated! shem
