If it's what I'm picturing, those are called "P seals". (When you look at a new one, in cross-section, it's shaped like the letter "P".) The Fiero ones are largely unobtainium, but the ones for the Fox Body Mustang can be made to fit, with just a bit of trimming at the ends. I'm sure that others may chime in.
mrfiero on this forum may have some of the originals. He has some NOS T-top parts.
Edit - Those seals are only for wind noise. They don't provide any water rejection. I have heard it suggested to use door edge molding, on the edges of the glass.
