Electrical wiring connection is undone and broken in the middle of the car (Page 1/2)
FormulaPaul AUG 12, 07:08 AM
In the Middle on the underside of my 88 fiero formula there is a wiring harness that is undone and broken. It is towards the middle of the car near the oil filter. I am not sure what it is. If someone could help that would be awesome thank you.

Is it C502?

That's the connector for the fuel pump and fuel gauge.
Mating end is the harness from the fuel tank.

I am not too sure there is male end and female end that are both disconnected and broken. The fuel gauge does not work it is all the way past full.

I should specify that it is on the underside of the car.

C502 is most of the way down the firewall.

Have a photo of the broken connector?

My guess is A/C wires.

Please post some photos.

Let me give you a tip. After each image link is created in your post, hit your Enter key twice before you add another image link. This will ensure two things... First, the images will present properly. (It may not be as apparent on a phone, but on a monitor it's not good.) Second, it will eliminate the space created in some URL addresses, which then renders those image links useless (as in the two links quoted above).
