I was excited to finally have my AC working today, but then the shop calls me and says the compressor is leaking from both sides, and doesnt even hold a vacuum. I bought it new from four seasons. any suggestions on what i should buy?

Delphi seems to make units that work but if you can find a new GM one that seems to work the best and will last. Before replacing again I would first make sure that the condenser is not clogged.

Thanks for the advice. I will try and find delphi brand compressor when I go and return this one. Also, I have already replaced the accumulator and oriface tube.

Somebody had already mentioned on one of your prior threads about being careful with install as this type of compressor can twist and that breaks the seals etc.
