Cradle (Page 1/1)

Hi
Have done a engine swap and wonder if I can use an ironduke cradle for a v6 engine? If so what engine mount do I use?

Regards

If I remember correctly the only cradle that is a direct swap would be an 85 cradle. You cannot use an 84 cradle and the 86-87 will require some work. I'll let someone else chime in who is more certain.

Thanks for the info.

A 4 cyl cradle can be used to mount a V6 engine. It is not a direct bolt in job and it will fit, but you will have to weld new mount points to it and drill some holes. In other words it becomes a fabrication job
