88 C5 front caliper brackets? (Page 1/1)
Tappy350 SEP 02, 01:47 PM
Iv been out of the fiero scene for many years now. I have recently began working on my 88 again and am looking to update the brakes with more modern components. I would like to use C5/C6 calipers/rotors but cant seem to find brackets for the front of an 88. Does anyone make these or have CAD files for them?
Thanks.

Contact fieroguru for a much better braking option than the Corvette setup.

It’s looking like refreshing the existing components and adding fierogurus brackets is going to be the most strait forward option for the time being.
Has there been any other brake upgrades that have proven worth while developed in the last few years?

The upgrade from fieroguru is the 'latest and greatest' for the 88.

You should (very highly recommended) do all four corners, rather than just the fronts.

I am not accepting orders in August and September as my free time is focused on R&D for my custom 88 knuckles that use C5 wheel bearings (front & rear) along with a brembo caliper that is a hydraulic perfect match for the 88 Fiero. You can follow along with the progress on these projects in my build thread in the construction zone.

It’s great to see all of the work your putting into more modern and complex upgrades for the fiero platform.
