On my 84 the CEL with code 45 has been coming up intermittently recently. When it does come on, for about 20 seconds, the tachometer gets jumpy when I give a lot of throttle and acceleration is hesitant.
I've searched the forums and checked the charcoal canister - completely dry. I have previously replaced the O2, MAP, IAC, and TPS all within the past 4 months without issue.
One of my spark plug wires came off when driving and then was loose for a while causing hesitant acceleration, I've heard this can damage the ignition coil and ICM, possibly leading to the issue, and on a related note the pick up coil is likely the original.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.[This message has been edited by 842m4SE (edited 09-03-2021).]

"One wire" O2 sensor maybe bad or wires to it.
Tan ground isn't a ground but return line to O2. Clean/fix all grounds in engine bay and coat ends bolted to engine or frame w/ silicone or brake grease. See my Cave, Wire Service
