Mirror came off Fiero today. Screws are not really working well to secure it back to the car. Looking for ideas on how to fix the mirror.

JB Weld or 2-part epoxy in the hole where the stud was. Enlarge the hole a bit for the JB Weld or 2-part epoxy, insert the stud, let cure, bolt in.
Alternatively, you could tap the hole for a larger thread and then use all-thread rod or a bolt of proper length with the head removed. With this alternative you may have to enlarge the holes in the outer dew wipe. Also, unless you replace both studs, you will likely need two different sized wrenches to remove the mirror.
