88 Fiero 2.5l TBI - Injector access (Page 1/1) DanMFiero88 NOV 01, 05:12 PM Hi everyone, I am working to get my 88 Fiero 2.5l started. Replaced the fuel pump and it still cranks but won’t start. I’ve confirmed that fuel is going as far as the fuel meter - just prior to the injector. There is power going to the injector - checked with multimeter. There is no fuel spray, so I want to pull the injector. However, there are no videos on the net that shows the 88 version of the TBI. How do I get to the injector please? The plastic “cap” twists but does not want to lift off, and I’m afraid of forcing it. I’m trying to remove the black “cap” directly over the injector. I’ve attached a photo. Thanks in advance!
