Just a guess: Burnt out filament in the low beam. Check for continuity through the contacts with a volt-ohm-amp (VOA) meter. Set the VOA to continuity (if it has this feature). Put the black lead on the headlight lamp's ground tab and the red lead on the other tabs. If the VOA beeps, the filament is good; if not the filament is bad. If you don't have a VOA meter with the continuity feature, set the meter to read ohms (lower the better). Put the black lead on the headlight lamp's ground tab and the red lead on the other tabs. If the VOA needle moves, or shows an ohm reading or zero (digital VOA units), the filament is good. No needle movement or an ohm reading of 1 then the filament is bad.

Good filaments in the bulb? Then check the lamp power socket for twelve volts on both of the filament power tabs. Remember to cycle the dimmer switch while checking for voltage. No voltage? Check the relays and wiring. Low-beams have tan coloured wiring. High beams have light greenwiring

I don't have LED just old school headlights but that's the way mine are when a bulb is burned out.

You can try switching sides or just buy an extra to install. I always keep a few spare new bulbs around. I had one burn out on a roda trip and the only place I saw selling them wanted like $25. I bought like 4 beams for $6 each from Rock Auto when I got home so I don't have to worry about that again.

'enon' ?
Do you mean 'Xenon' ?

Most of that crap label as 'Xenon' are "trick" Halogen bulbs and many are way brighter because eating more power causing problems for rest of car wiring. If hotter then 55w low, 65w high, then illegal in US too.

Even full DOT Legal Silverstar and other "Bright bulbs" can do same. See my Cave, Headlights

But for now...
Likely that bulb is bad.
All high watt bulbs don't last long when drive at night often.

Tone Continuity test on bulbs might not work w/ some meters as sees "too much" filament resistance. (Works for me but I use better meters.)
Ω test will work. Should read < 5Ω

Pin w/ black wire is ground.

Always replace HL bulbs in Pairs. More so since other bulb is soon to die too.

If your 'Xenon' means have one of many HID "upgrades" that uses a ballast to run the bulbs... The "upgrade" has died and likely need to replace the whole kit, Not just the HID bulbs.
All of the "upgrades" are made in China, most are made cheap as hell, worse installed poorly as well.
