That was the creation of a guy by the name of Randy Corson who was a pilot turned replicar maker back the the early 90's.His cars were offered with stock engines or with a SBC V8. His company was located in Phoenix, AZ. I can only guess that Ferrari may have shut him down. The Corson GT and Spyders ranged in cost from $20-$42K and that was expensive for 1992. They were quite nice looking. I don't believe that more than 50 were produced. ------------------ " THE BLACK PARALYZER" -87GT 3800SC Series III engine, custom ZZP /Frozen Boost Intercooler setup, 3.4" Pulley, Northstar TB, LS1 MAF, 3" Spintech/Hedman Exhaust, P-log Manifold, Autolite 104's, MSD wires, Custom CAI, 4T65eHD w. custom axles, Champion Radiator, S10 Brake Booster, HP Tuners VCM Suite. It's also based upon a BB512 boxer, not a 308... Aldino has something similar to the Corson.
I have never seen a convertible 308.

Looking at the photos the Corson doesn't look like a convertible but a roadster without a top. ------------------ " THE BLACK PARALYZER" -87GT 3800SC Series III engine, custom ZZP /Frozen Boost Intercooler setup, 3.4" Pulley, Northstar TB, LS1 MAF, 3" Spintech/Hedman Exhaust, P-log Manifold, Autolite 104's, MSD wires, Custom CAI, 4T65eHD w. custom axles, Champion Radiator, S10 Brake Booster, HP Tuners VCM Suite. I am confident the Ferrari 308 was never offered as a drop top. In the past I've seen an owner done conversion and it looked terrible. As for a 308 kit convertible, if you build it you will probably have the only one.

Thats true. I don't believe that car looks good with a drop top convertible unit. The only thing that I could locate was a 308 with a partially removable hard top that went across the middle something like on the Fiero T top.
