Brakes are spongy after ebrake was pulled. (Page 1/1)

So my 1986 SE 2.8 lost it's starter a few weeks ago. Got that sorted, but the tow truck driver who hauled my dead car home pulled the ebrake. After telling him not to. I have had the car a year and never had a working or soon to be not working ebrake on everyone of my 4 Fieros over the years. Ever since my brakes are spongy and once and a while the brake lite comes on. There is fluid in the master cylinder and I get pressure back when I pump them up some. I think I need an adjustment in the back and this is ebrake related?

You might want to try bleeding all four wheel cylinders to see if that helps improve the pedal. Spongy = air in the lines.
