I have a 1988 Fiero GT with the L32 swap. I'm trying to get cruise control to work but the two steel vacuum lines going from the left side of the car to the right are just left open on the right side. Are both of these supposed to go to a vacuum source, or somewhere else?

Two hard lines on trunk wall is for Cruise and EVAP can for gas tank vent. Cruise is T'ed to 1 and gets "Manifold" Vacuum. can be a port on TBI/TB or to intake manifold direct. Other went to "Ported" vacuum port on TBI/TB.
Look at VECI label on the deck lid.
EVAP unconnected or deleted is Illegal and worse lets a lot of fumes out and more water in the gas tank.
Engine swaps often have problems w/ old EVAP because many are computer control and people w/o a clue never bother to restore them. IOW Your swap may not have "Ported" TB port for EVAP

Now that I have the vacuum end taken care of, is there an easy way to check if I have power to the cruise at the servo and if the "Set" signal is working? With the vacuum all hooked up it still doesn't work.
