How old are these spark plug wires? 87 2.8 (Page 1/1)

Was inspecting my plug wires today and I'm not seeing the ones that I have on there listed anywhere for sale.
This leads me to believe that these wires are fairly old since I can't find any of them around anymore.
Bosch ultra premium 7 mm optic layer mag core.
I'm considering replacing them even though they look like they're in decent shape and to me it seems like my car runs fairly well but what do i know lol

They are still available. Advance Auto Parts also lists them.
