Took an old water pump pulley off an engine I had sitting around the house, 88 2.5. Put it on a new water pump on my sd4. I can take it on and off by hand. Has anybody had this problem ? And how did you fix it ? Thanks Rick

New W-pump shaft is made wrong. You can't fix this. Return it.
