I had a leak at the distribution block so I decided just to go ahead and replace all brake lines with stainless set from Inline Tubing.
After replacement, I still have the leak, and have loosened and retightened all the fittings a million times. I cleaned the block and inspected it, and it looked good to me before reassembly.
Any ideas what my problem may be?
Thanks

Check the flare on the tubing end, sometimes they need a little work.

Thanks Joe, I'll take a good look at them.
I can't imagine the flare is wrong, they are made for '88 Fiero from Inline Tubing?

The stainless is very hard, and the flares aren't always centered. I've had to redo a few over the years.
Warning, the stainless work-hardens quickly.

That's a pretty interesting read. Even after all these years of Fiero ownership, my experience with working on brake lines is next to zilch. I learned a lot from that thread.
