So, I had my intake off my Fiero today, and this one is new to me, and I've never owned a V6 version. Anyways are these ports suppose to be open, or is something suppose to be hooked up to them?

Without even looking at your image, I had a pretty good idea of what you were probably referring to.

From the factory there were tubes supplying coolant to the TB to prevent icing up in certain atmospheric conditions. It's a pretty common practice to remove them. There's no harm in leaving those ports open if the tubes have been banished. You can also now remove those brass fittings to make it look a little better.
