What model of radio came in the 1988 Fiero GT? (Page 1/2)

I have an 88 GT that I've had restored and would like to get the tape deck working. I took it out and it appears to have been purchased in 1996. So now I don't know what the car had in it when it was new. Can anyone confirm which model of radio it would have had? It is an 88GT automatic with A/C.

I think I found it. There's a youtube video of a factory original loaded 88 GT that shows it.

Knowing what came is easy, just read RPO label on "fender" next to Brake MC.

Finding one is another story completely...
Many places like replacementradios.com have stopped selling most or all radios using "Fiero Type" OEM Plug.

Even many 90's "radios" w/ newer plug format are hard to get now.

They often had bad belts and switches years ago but now 20-30+ years later often have a lot of electronic parts iffy or dead too and no profit to fix bad capacitors etc.

I have several 80's and 90's radios and some worked before storage but not now.

Thanks! I have that sticker, but now the question is how to interpret it.
According to the RPO code list on the forum, I have:

UM6 ETR AM/FM stereo w/clock, cass, auto rev cass,seek & scan (85-88)

Now how do I know what model radio that is? I'd like to try to buy one so that I have the actual original model. Plus my tape deck won't play. It just reverses and ejects as soon as I put the tape in.
This is what I have in there now. I don't think this is from a Fiero at all.

Thanks again!

This is what was installed from the factory:

I removed my stock radio as I never used cassettes. I replaced it with a slightly later Delco out of a Firebird from th early 1990s - it looked identical to the original except that it had a CD player instead of the tape player. Looks original but offered modern music play - best of both worlds.

Even CDs are considered "old-school" now (although I do appreciate their audio quality and relative durability), but why anyone would want to bother with cassette tapes (especially in their car) in this day and age is beyond me.

I believe both the cassette tape decks with/without graphic equalizer were
offered in the Fiero. If I remember correctly, there was a performance sound audio
option that included a sub-woofer. The sub-woofer control is up next to
the rear-view mirror/internal light controls. It is a slide switch that controls the
volume of the sub. I have this in my 88GT.

Thanks all for the replies. It seems pretty clear that my RPO indicates my 88 GT had the non-EQ version of the tape deck. I see a few of those on ebay, so I'll see if I can get one with a working cassette deck. There are a few reasons I want this.
1. It matches the RPO. I'd like the car to be as 'original' as possible.
2. Nostalgia. I enjoy driving a car that looks/feels/sounds just like it did when i owned it back when it was new. I had an 88GT in 1992.
3. I have some great mix tapes from high school that I'd like to play just for fun.
