What are the options for getting my wheels off? (Original '84 wheels & Lock) The locking tube screws over a special lug nut on each wheel, then tightens up so you can put your wrench on the lock to loosen the lug.

You mean the key, right? I imagine the lock is still on the wheel.

Impact Bolt Nut Removal Extractor Socket Tool Set. The one i got was 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22 mm, 26 mm. One of those fit and took them right off. You tap it on with a hammer.

The special "lug nut" is attached to the missing tool then the combined nut/tool is screwed onto the stud of each wheel. Then you unfasten the "tool" part, and are left with the special "lug nut" flush with the end of the stud. The special lug nut is round and deep inside the wheel after the tool is removed from it.

There's no room around the outside of the "special lug nut" for any kind of "grabber" tool, and flush in the center is the stud.

Doesn't anybody or the Fiero Store have one of these lock devices? Even to rent & return, just to get the 4 "special lug nuts" off and replace with regular lug nuts.
