I wanted to confirm. Whats the best oil for my 86 GT 4 speed? Synchromesh Transmission Fluid ok to use in this?

yes. Is used on most units called for 5w-30 or GL4 oils. See my Cave, Manual Trans Fluid

I'm doing this shortly. I live in Canada so got this at my GM dealer, noticed there was a sticker over a sticker, so peeled the top on off on a bottle. Same stuff, guessing US part number.
