After help from theogre and fierogt28 I was able to fix the issues remaining from installing dew wipes/pads in my 1988 GT except for this last glitch: as the passenger side window goes up and nears the top it jerks - as best I can tell from watching - back and then quickly returns to normal the rest of the way to full up position matching the rubber weather strip. I also found this on the garage floor after - naturally after - replacing both inside and outside panels.
I hesitate to take anything apart again without any idea what to look for inside. Does anyone have any ideas?

Well it is definitely a doorglass attachment. And a guide of some sort..The photo is really bright and difficult to tell exactly. All I can say is wherever there is a open hole in the window that is where it snaps into..Shake your door and see if there is anything laying in the bottom of the door..can you take a few more pictures of it with less contrast
