I am sure this has been thought of... but I discovered the perfect tool. 1 1/4 shower valve tool. Very thin wall and slips in the tight spot.

Haha, I have one of those and never thought to use it. I just put a big adjustable on there to take mine off before.

above is good when screw in IAC is burred.
Note: can often find @ flea markets etc very cheap.

Remember you often need to compress the valve tip before to screw in the IAC. Even if was in there before, cleaning etc can make the valve to push out and you don't check can easily wreck the valve, TB/TBI or both.

Won't work for Duke w/ DIS and 700 TBI. IAC is made different.
You know right away if the valve is pushed out because can't push the body to TBI tight by light hand pressure to install 2 mounting screws.
