Hi and sorry to waste your time again,Im still learning. My car is a bone stock 2.8ltr auto V6 and my question is- does the auto trans have a dipstick? Looked hi and low,it probably hit me in the face several times but still missing it,I did find the engine oil though and I do know that apparently there is a plug you have to remove on the transaxle to change/top up etc. Will remember to upload a pic of the car shortly, just have to go and take some,thanks again.

If you can't find the auto trans dipstick, you'll need to hand in your man card.

Ironically I sometimes lose track of where the oil dipstick is (near the back left of the engine). The auto dipstick is near the trunk wall. Could you be mixing the two up?

If looking at engine from the rear, is often hard to see the trans dip stick w/o bending over the trunk.
Look from left side and near the truck wall but even then maybe hard to see w/ fastback cars and short people.------------------
