I know nothing of other car's sun-visors that fit in the Fiero, but mine were toast, and in the process of redoing the headliner, I decided to do the sun-visors as well, it isn't too hard, just a lot of sewing, The cloth and cardboard parts are garbage, hopefully it is good enough to trace the shape onto new cardboard (cereal box), then use any leftover fabric from the headliner to create the overlapping sections that make up the pockets, then fold it over the internals, hold all the cloth in place, and sew for 3+ hours. I did that on the driver's side, which was the worst, and for the passenger side, where the cardboard wasn't too bad, I didn't have enough cloth (or cereal boxes) to completely redo it, so to keep the thickness close to the other one, I simply covered the original sunvisor over with a single layer of fabric, no pockets. They both look good, sewing isn't perfect on the side you don't see, but they are much better then they were, and definitely worth doing that over paying 100+ for new ones.

There was a Chrysler product - I'm pretty sure it was the Dodge Shadow or Dodge Daytona - whose sunvisors were a near-perfect fit in the Fiero. I had a pair in my car for many years. The mounting screw holes even lined up well enough as long as I didn't crank them down too tight. Be aware though that some of the larger cars' visors (LeBaron?) won't fit, so choose carefully when at the junkyard.
