Tried a search on this with no results. Been thinking about trying to adapt early front knuckles to an 88. I know they are different but the thought of experimenting with this is intriguing to me. I'm just about out of old OEM bearings for my autocross car and Rodney's unit appears to be holding up so far. But wanted to see if anyone has tried this. Biggest thing I see out of the gate is the tie rod ends will be inverted. Ball joint spread is close, brake mounting holes seam close as well but would probably need brackets to offset the 88 calipers due to the early hubs being machined and using the Lebaron rotors. Thoughts?

Been a while since I had an 84-87 front knuckle...
If I remember correctly the car will be raised up about an inch, the wheels will be pushed outboard much further. Tie rods and upper ball joint mounts are also problematic.

What if you changed out the control arms to those heim joint control arm thingies and added a bracket for the shock? Should work. Maybe
