T125/70D15 w/ 5/100 lug pattern rim.
likely many old GM have same spare.

most spares are not exact same diam as normal tires. Is part of Why most only rated < 50mph and as few miles of use even then so can drive to next tire shop.
Many don't recommend the spares are drive axle whenever possible because makes big problems w/ the dif if must drive more then a few miles to get to tire store. That a problem for cars w/ stagger sizes and flat is back tire for Fiero.

Tirerack and some others can sell complete spares or just the tire if have right rim.
Email them as often not listed w/ normal tires online.

Fiero may not share a jack w/ other models.

I converted my front brakes to 88 w/12" C4 Vette discs (1985 SE V6)...Had to go to bigger diameter spare WHEEL but (Obviously) the same outside diameter tire...I found that a spare from certain Subarus will fit- both as a spare and in the spare tire-well. The size of the tire is T115/70R-16...Critically, the center hub diameter is slightly smaller than Fiero hubs, so you do need to bore it out a small amount. I actually used a drill with a sanding drum...took just a few minutes of work.

I haven't the exact info on which Subaru spares fit- but if you go to the JY with a spare hub, you can probably find one that will fit.
