I got the fiero store set of prebent stainless lines. after much coaxing i got the nuts undone so now im looking at the old lines sticking up where they congregrate by the master cylinder..i would like to just push them down and out but theres a coolant tube in the way on the underside. its really tight in there. i saw some other threads about dropping the front cradle? but thats the lasts thing i want to do!
It also seems like it's going to be a hassle to install the new tubes also because of the tight real estate underneath.has anyone ever done this job with minimal disassembly?

Take out the front tub, your task will be much easier!

OK oldjoe. By "tub "do you mean the black plastic tub that the spare tire sits in? Just wanna make sure you dont mean the cradle/frame.

I'm 1000% sure Joe is referring to the black plastic tub. Make sure to drill out the rivets for the clamps that are holding the brake line in place which goes across the tub.

I did this replacement without removing the tub. The only major issue was that there is a bracket directly below the rubber piece that all 4 lines go thru …was not easy . I should have removed the tub.
