clutch release bearing. Throw out bearing help. (Page 1/1) frockfiero AUG 18, 05:41 PM I have 87 GT and need some advice on replacing the clutch release bearing. Is there anything special about removing this. Mine does not want to come off. I have not tried to put any real force too it as it slides up the input shaft about half way then gets stuck. I looked around online and have not found any real instructions on getting it out. Also what about putting the new one on? is there anything I need for this? I was just terrified of screwing up my input shaft.
