Both. ACDelco EP-240 is a stock V6 replacement fuelpump.

It is just like modern cars. Electric pump in the tank. Fiero store sells them and you can probably get them from AutoZone or Advanced Auto as the Fiero pumps were also used in other GM models. There is a good video on YouTube on how to replace the pump. Just type in Fiero fuel pump install. It's not really any harder than any other vehicle with an in tank pump assembly. Good luck!

Neither. Why not get what's been recommended?

ACdelco & others Require a new sock for warranty. most socks are bad. Also often Needs a Pulsator or SAE J30R10 or equiv immersible fuel hose when new units say no pulsator. http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/146240.html------------------ Dr. Ian Malcolm: Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. +2
It's even easier than on a lot of cars because you don't have to remove or lower such things like the exhaust or rear axle to drop the tank.

Make sure the tank is almost empty. A full tank is about 70 pounds in weight.
