So I have an 84 fiero with the manual windows abd mirrors and I'm wondering if I would be able to change that. The manual mirror adjustment thingy is broken and seems like a hassle to fix, and the windows just need work in general (dew wipes, and a little rust repair).
I'm wondering if I'd be able to get power windows and mirrors from a newer GT or something and just bolt them in without issues. I would obviously need to wore the stuff in with the buttons on the console and stuff but I'm not worried about that I just want to know if it's possible.
Thanks much!------------------ James Bird

Hi, definitely doable. Power mirrors is a separate harness, and power windows is also a separate harness. The controls for both are located in the shifter console. With your 84, they use special buttons that are year-specific... basically, they're solid black, rather than the other years which are grey.
You'll want the COMPLETE harness for both the mirrors, both mirrors, and the harness for the windows, along with new window motors, and some other parts. All of them plug into a power block that's located in the driver's side footwell.
So yeah, definitely doable, you just need to get everything. If you don't see a car in the junkyard that has what you need (unlikely at this point, they're getting rare), then you can get them from The Fiero Factory
