no idea without some digging, but what tells you you need a new VSS ( Vehicle Speed sensor ) ?
Have you carefully removed it and seen if the drive gear is still attached?[This message has been edited by jelly2m8 (edited 03-31-2024).]

They used to be unobtainium, I don't know it anyone has started to make them.
All Of the manual Fiero VSS units are the same, but there are different color gears for the different wheel/tire combos.

Thanks. I’ll take a look at the current one for the color and if the gears are still intact.

You can use a DVM and spin the shaft to see if the unit works.

BTW - The PFF 'Search' function is your best friend.......Search 'Vehicle Speed Sensor' or 'VSS'
Since you didn't say 'WHY", perhaps this link will help:

I’d like to change my tires from 14” to the 15” tires. Will the auto trans vss work on the 4spd manual trans?

No, it will not.
With that said, I put 225-60-15's on the rear of my 86 SE (V6/4spd 215/60/14) and didn't change the gear in the four speed. It wasn't that far off, with the 14's the Speedo read a bit low, with the 15's it was a bit high.[This message has been edited by olejoedad (edited 04-29-2024).]
