I’ve been having issues with my right blinker. It works when the hazards are on but not when I use the turn signal, it just stays lit up. I’ve replaced the fuse, the relay, the bulbs, the steering column part, and now the socket. I would appreciate any help or ideas. Thank you!

Suggestions: 1 - Check the bulb, bulb holder 2 - Is the bulb an LED? 3 - Check the flasher 4 - Check the grounds

Back ~12 years ago I struggled with a similar problem on the left. The Haynes manual got me confused, but it's diagrams are just wrong. The diagrams in the factory manual (along with some multimeter measurements) led to the conclusion that the socket (even though I had replaced it) must still be bad.
I don't remember the exact internals anymore, but the design of the socket had an unreliable ground connection that relied on spring tension (not with the bulb, I mean inside the socket). I broke the new socket open, soldered the ground, and epoxied the socket back together. It's been working ever since.
If troubleshooting tells you the new socket is still bad, it really might be, don't trust it.
