Hello, I'm working on restoring the AC on my son's 87 2.5l Fiero. I have the new AC compressor installed but I can't locate the clutch wires or the high pressure shut off wiring. I've looked in my repair manual and also searched on line and can't locate the section of wiring harness color codes that would help me possibly locate the AC wiring in the engine bay? There is a bundle of 5 or 6 wires up near the top of the engine around the alternator that the PO cut off so there are no plug connectors to determine what they may have gone to. If I knew what color wires I was looking for, I could at least verify if these are the wires I'm looking for.

You need Pigtail "kits" for the clutch etc. from Dorman & other sources.
Clutch one has the Diode.
Follow VIN R on left where show both.

Thank you for the wiring diagrams. I looked through a box of parts that we got from the PO and I could not believe my eyes. Hey kept the wiring loom that he had cut off that goes to the AC compressor. We repaired the loom and now have the original wiring. Just need to locate the conversion Doorman connectors you referenced.
