I can't find what part number they were anymore, but I remember they came up as correct for the 85 model, not the 86. I bought them anyway and used one on my 86GT - it works perfectly fine. Regardless of what the part catalogs say, I doubt there's actually any compatibility difference between the years (with the V6s anyway).
