Is Held motorsports still around? If not does anyone else offer the coil over conversion for a 1988 cradle install into a earlier Fiero?

Is there a particular reason that you want coilovers when you swap in the 88 cradle?

I was under the impression that coilovers were required for clearance, due to the different shock towers.

No big. I thought that I maybe had missed something, or that there was a new trick, somewhere.

I actually have a set of 88 strut towers that I saved from a car that we scrapped.
Drilled out the spotwelds from the rest of the space frame, wouldn't be much of a job to install on an earlier space frame if one had the proper tools and skills.

I had thought about doing that very thing to an 86 space frame that I was going to put an 88 cradle into, just to make people scratch their heads at Fiero shows.

Plans got shelved when I found my Formula.
