The first time this happened I was in the middle of a shift, today it was after a shift into second gear.
A severe buck/ bang , I don't know what to call it but it was like I got rear ended. I don't know how to describe it but it was kinda loud , like a bang. But not much of a jurk.
The first time I thought is was my doing, a bad shift. But this time I was in gear and on the throttle for a second.
Ignition cutting out , ICM ?[This message has been edited by hunter29 (edited 10-07-2024).]

check grounds, check ICM, check gas gauge. I've had the car shut off and come back before from the ICM but I've had the same rear ended feeling when getting on the throttle from the fuel gauge lying to me and I was almost outta gas.

The tank was full so I can rule that out. What grounds ? Any specific to the distributor?
Otherwise I'll have to wait until it gets worse or breaks completely.
it's running great so ......[This message has been edited by hunter29 (edited 10-07-2024).]

So still trying to figure this out. If the ignition was cutting out is it possible that when it came back milliseconds later the plugs fired off at the wrong time?
There was a loud bang so I'm wondered if it was like a back fire of sorts.
Something is responsible for that bang , anyone care to speculate?
