Replacing front turn signal bulbs (Page 1/1)

Soo I'm trying to replace the front turn signal bulbs.

Assumed its like the tail lights and you just pull them out.

I tried that, didn't come out. Tried twisting and the actual glass came off and not the rest.
I've tried pulling this out with pliers and it just does not want to come out.

What do I do

Push in on the bulb and turn counter clockwise. The projections on the base will only lock in in one position so if they don’t lock, turn the bulb 180 degrees and try again.

Since the bulbs are broken off the base, you may have to push the base in using a screwdriver handle or similar.

Why are you doing it with the housing still in the bumper cover? Where is your lens and how do you keep it on? The whole housing comes out by removing the screws. Then you can remove the bulb socket from the back of the turn signal housing.

You can remove the socket from the lamp housing from inside the front compartment.....

No disassembly required!
