Any good resources that show how this spring is supposed to go back on? I got a little ambitious thinking I was going to remove enough to get to the upper two torx bolts that need tightening. Assumed it would be common sense putting it back on.

I was making it harder than it needed to be. This appears to be the proper or good enough method, loop around the pushrod and the other portion in the black rotating piece, key is returning after ignition.

Ah man, I haven't dug into this yet, but I know I'm going to have to. Thanks for posting pictures of this.

There are 4 bolts that need to be tightened. You need to pull the two pivot pins on the side of the steering column. There is a special tool needed.
