Hi All,
I have an 88 GT, V-6, 5-speed. If you can let me know what is supposed to plugged into the connection in the attached pictures, I sure would appreciate your help.

I concur, that is the bracket that holds the courtesy lamp and socket for the front trunk compartment.
Some people like to mount the socket for the bulb pointing up, but I think it is designed for bulb pointing down.[This message has been edited by Romsk (edited 11-21-2024).]

Yes, bulb down.
The underside of the wings on the bracket can be covered with aluminium tape or painted silver for better lighting of the front compartment..

sorry to bump but what are the two relays in the picture for? I think the one closest to the light bracket is for the heater fan but the one in the left of the photo. thanks sleek
