Well, if you goto small claims and win, you could contract a repo man to get your car back and sell the debt to a collection agency to recoup some of the money. -Rick

Does anyone on this forum live near the shop that has your car, that they can see if someone is at the shop or even the car ? This is something that has to be done face to face or it might go on for a long time before anything is done .
