Your better off contracting an auto shipping service. Even then it could be a month before they find somebody with open space on their trailer

Unless the vehicle has sentimental value a typical '84 is probably better off being sold and buying a different one in Arizona, with fuel prices today I think you're going to spend more on shipping than the car is worth.
