How about $35 + packaging and shipping? I would use UPS Store from Minneapolis 55344.

The above wheel appears to be a front wheel for an 88, due to the tire vale location and a flat insert on the wheel center face. The 88 rear wheels have a deeper wheel face insert and are also wider.

The valve stem placement is the same as my damaged rear wheel.
The grey 86-87 wheels had the valve stem at the base of the point of the spokes.
The pre-88 wheels were made by Western Wheel, some of the 88 wheels were as well, but most of them were made by a German company and had the valve stem as in the photo.
I have spoken with GTjeff, he has confirmed it is a rear wheel, as his kid damaged the mate to it. He has the fronts from that car listed on the Mall.

Reposting rear wheel picture.
My low mileage Formula #1130 front rims had the valve stems at the diamond point like the 86/87s. Rumor had it was due to suppliers strike effecting availability. These rims are off an 88 Formula produced later in the year.
We discovered several years ago at the Dells Run that a lot of Formulas had a mixture of rims with the valve location.
