OK GUYS,
Offering some refinishing/restoration services for you guys with new blemished or old worn tail lights.
While I know the majority of the tail light issues are with the GT trim, refinishing the notchie lights is also something I can do.
**PRICE**
If I am shipped the complete tail lights with housings, the refinish process will cost $450. If I am sent just the lenses, the cost is $350.
----------------------------------------------------
**PROCESS**
- Complete lights will be disassembled and cleaned entirely with degreaser. - Colored amber and red marker inside the housing is scuffed and 2k automotive clear coat applied to brighten up colors. - Reflective silver on the housing can be repainted at and additional cost, but is not needed as it will not be seen once the lights are put together. - All old butyl sealant is removed and new butyl tape is applied. - Lights are assembled - Outer lens is sanded with 800grit, and cleaned vigorously with wax & grease remover and alcohol. - Lenses are meticulously taped around the PONTIAC letters and around the clear portion of the lens. - Automotive black basecoat is sprayed, followed by high quality 2k clearcoat - Lights are allowed to cure for 24 hours and then again are sanded smooth with 800 grit to level the tape lines from lettering. - Two more coats of clearcoat are applied (flow coat) to level out the lights and ensure a smooth OEM like finish.
Notch lights I refinished. The whole car I painted earlier this year.

**TURNAROUND**
Turnaround time for completion will generally take a couple weeks, and I do have a full time job and also refinish Fieros (entire car) on the weekends.
