Exactly. It would have to registered as special construction and I believe they barely hand out 500 of those registrations per year here in California

This may be a gorgeous car and the Cadillac 4.9L engine may add some value but IMO this Fiero is not worth anywhere near that. If one has $20,000 to spend you can buy a low mileage Corvette or a better classic car for that. Price and market value must be considered.
