I had mine start to struggle tonight. Took it out and cleaned up the gear and replaced the nylon bushings (which looked fine) and it didn't solve the problem. Saw a corroded ground at the headlight and put on a new ring connector and it helped for a few cycles of up and down and quit again. Now the motor barely does anything.

The plot thickens... I have a spare set in a box. No idea where they came from but I popped it in and works better than before. I made sure to un-rebuild the old one.
