For some reason, the server became unresponsive at around 1:30pm EST. I didn't notice until around 4am EST at which point a reboot of the server solved the problem.
I'm still investigating what happened but it seems to had no ill effect on the server.

Another day another DDoS attack.
It was not specifically directed at PFF, but at my server in general. Was unable to trace the IP address because it was done through a VPN service.

I sure wish people had better things to do with their time than disrupt web servers for no reason.
