My honest opinion of this machine, after 4 years of ownership:

It's great.
-Made over 4,000 roti
-"failed" about 20 times during the process (It beeps at ya,you just pull a piece out, dump the contents of the cup and hit "try again")
-Didn't need to replace any parts.

Cost:
It cost $1,000 (new + $100ish shipping) at the time, and they had a program where if someone bought one using your code, they got 50 bucks off and you got 25 bucks. So I tossed this video up and tossed the code up on Twitter and about 60 people used the code, which got us around 1,400 which paid for the machine and a little left over. At one point, they started asking me if I wanted three free months of some TV channel instead of the 25 bucks, I said 'Noooope!" It was one of the few situations where we made out well.

Pros:
It's healthy. Makes decent roti. Can also make other things, but we use it for that mostly. Easy to clean.

Cons: It's EXPENSIVE. It takes a few minutes to warm up,(6 minutes for the first one to pop out, but it makes them 1 a minute after that) and it IS LOUD. But if you want to make a few mini pizzas or roti, turn it on, press a button and ten minutes later, you're all set. We know one person that got a DUD unit, and it was a huge hassle for them to get it serviced and repaired.

Have a good weekend.

I'm showing my ignorance, but I was all "WTF is Roti?"

I googled it, and I LOVE Indian food, the wife and I eat at a local place as often as possible... But I'd never heard of it.

Turns out they call it something different. Too many names, I can't even remember my favorites anymore.

Now, the real question. Will this machine make Gobi Paretha? I'd actually get one for that!
